Application:

ZYD double stage vacuum transformer oil purifiers are designed for use in treating electrical insulating oil in the oil-filled electrical equipment.As the oil purifying nanotechnology, this machine can treat oil more quickly and more completely, and makes the oil limiting voltage-withstand value much higher than the ordinary vacuum oil purifier.

It also can be used for filtration of more than 110V substation live line work onsite. Meanwhile, Series ZYD oil purifier can be used as independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.

a) The customers' request can be met by adopting PLC intelligent control,touch screen and dynamical display.

b) On line water tester is available.

c) VFD(Variable Frequency Drive) is available.

d) Flow meter with accumulated function is available.

e) Extra system of pumping vacuum for transformer is available.

f) Available in mobile option,immovable option and trailer.

g) Oil purifier can be made in hermetical,canopy-covering,open and frame style.

h) Color of the oil purifier can follow customer's favor.

The oil technical data after treatment:
1. Gas content less than 0.1%
2. Impurity size less than 1μm without free carbon
3. Oil dielectric strength (breakdown voltage) more than 75KV
4. Acidity value less than 0.01 mgKOH/g
5. Dielectric loss factors at 90℃ less than 0.001
